These women should always prefer rouched sleeves and longer lengths to give them a taller and slimmer look and definitely avoid wearing body-hugging fabrics are the ones that highlight your lower half.
People having large shoulders, broad upper body, skinny thighs are the ones with the inverted triangle shaped body. They should choose to wear Kurtis with soft sleeves and horizontal stripes or prints preferably in low U or V-necklines. It is advised to avoid shoulder pads, high necklines and bulky collar patterns.
